Returns and Exchange Policy

At Enlyte, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. As all our products are made locally with care, we understand that on occasion, an exchange may be necessary. Please review the following policy carefully:

Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be presented.
  • Exchange requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted.

Exchange Procedure

Customers may exchange items through the following options:

  1. In-Person Exchange
    Items may be brought to one of our official pickup points:
    • Rose Hill
    • Bagatelle Mall
    • Port Louis
  2. Postal Exchange
    Customers may also return items via postage. In this case:
    • The cost of postage is borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or an incorrect order was received.
    • We recommend using registered postage as Enlyte will not be held responsible for lost or delayed returns.

Product Availability

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, customers may choose an alternative item of equal value or receive a store credit valid for future purchases.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or preferences.
  • Refunds are only processed in the event of:
    • A faulty product
    • An incorrect order sent by Enlyte
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items purchased during promotional sales (unless faulty)
  • Items returned not in original condition
