Anyone can shop with Enlyte, provided accurate contact and delivery information is given.

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Product availability, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.
• We aim to ensure all product images and details are accurate but cannot guarantee complete error-free listings.

4. Orders

• Products listed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
• You will receive a confirmation once your order is received.
• Your order will be processed promptly after payment is received.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen issues, including stock limitations or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Payments

• Payments are made via:
• Bank Transfer
• MCB Juice – Pay Merchant
• Payment instructions will be provided at checkout. Please ensure proof of payment is shared if required for verification.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer two delivery options:

1. Pickup Points

You may collect your order at the following Enlyte pickup locations:

• Rose Hill
• Bagatelle Mall
• Port Louis

2. Express Postage

• Fast and secure postage available across Mauritius.
• Postage is free for all orders above Rs1200.
• Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after payment is confirmed.

7. Returns and Exchanges

• Exchange accepted within 7 days of purchase for items that are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
• Items can be exchanged at pickup points or via postage at the customer’s cost (unless faulty product or incorrect order).
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Refunds are not accepted unless faulty product or incorrect order.
• Refunds will be processed through your original payment method.

8. Custom Items

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective upon delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including images, designs, logos, and text – is the property of Island Trend Ltd and protected under copyright laws. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
